We can't wash dually trucks, or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the flatbed. Our wash tunnel measures 7'3" — lifted vehicles above this clearance height won't fit through. Any vehicle with a luggage rack, ladder rack, bike rack, greasy fifth wheel, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed safe cannot be washed.
Your wash package depends on your tier. Clean members get four washes a month. Shine and Protect members get the freedom to wash every day.
The Colwood difference: every wash — single wash or any membership tier — includes free access to the vacuums, mat washers, and detail products. No fees, no add-ons. Buy a wash, use it all.
Commercial vehicles — rideshare, taxi, delivery, and other business-use vehicles — have significantly higher usage and wear than personal vehicles. For that reason, they aren't eligible for personal-use memberships.
Speedwash offers commercial vehicle memberships, available on-site, plus wash book options designed specifically for commercial users.
Yes. We strongly encourage cancelling at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid an unwanted charge. If you are charged, your membership stays active through the end of that billing cycle. Once a charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.
We encourage all customers to give their vehicle a quick check before leaving the lot, so we can address any concerns right away. Our attendants are always happy to assist and ensure you leave completely satisfied.
