Good to know
Quick answers.
We can't wash dually trucks, or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the flatbed. Our wash tunnel measures 7'3" — lifted vehicles above this clearance height won't fit through. Any vehicle with a luggage rack, ladder rack, bike rack, greasy fifth wheel, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed safe cannot be washed.
Construction is underway. We'll announce the grand-opening date as soon as we're close — follow us on social or join our member list to be the first to know.
Commercial vehicles — rideshare, taxi, delivery, and other business-use vehicles — have significantly higher usage and wear than personal vehicles. For that reason, they aren't eligible for personal-use memberships.
Speedwash offers commercial vehicle memberships, available on-site, plus wash book options designed specifically for commercial users.
Yes. We strongly encourage cancelling at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid an unwanted charge. If you are charged, your membership stays active through the end of that billing cycle. Once a charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.
We encourage all customers to give their vehicle a quick check before leaving the lot, so we can address any concerns right away. Our attendants are always happy to assist and ensure you leave completely satisfied.
Please note: once you leave the lot, Speedwash is not liable for missed spots and cannot offer a rewash.
No. Speedwash Chilliwack is open 24 hours a day, every day. Pull in any time.
* First-month promotional pricing for new members only. Standard monthly rates apply thereafter. See the Wash Menu for regular pricing. Existing Speedwash memberships will be honored at the Kamloops location at opening. Full membership policy details for this location will be confirmed closer to launch.
