Monthly Membership

A Monthly Membership is an easy and affordable way to maintain your vehicle with one low monthly fee, billed automatically for convenience. Each membership is tied to one vehicle and one license plate, meaning one membership can only be used for that specific vehicle. Depending on your membership plan, you may receive free detailing products, vacuum service, and mat cleaning service.

Membership for a vehicle can be signed up in two ways:

Online – Available 24/7. (Please review the Terms and Conditions before purchasing.)

On-site – Visit any of our locations between 9 AM and 9 PM, and one of our attendants will be happy to assist you.

If you drive a commercial vehicle, please refer to our Commercial Vehicle FAQ for your options.

You can update your credit card information anytime through our customer portal. Here’s how:

  • Go to speedwash.ca
  • At the bottom-left corner of the homepage, click Manage Membership and select your location.
  • Log in with your phone number. You’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by text—enter it to access your account.
  • Navigate to Payment Settings and select Edit Card.
  • Enter your new card details and save. Your payment method will update immediately.

Yes. You can request an upgrade or change at any time by emailing us at membership@speedwash.ca. We’ll update your plan before your next billing date.

We use License Plate Recognition (LPR) which will automatically detect your license plate number. No need to roll your windows down!
Just cruise in when the gate automatically opens.

Yes, absolutely! We allow one license plate change per active membership. If you request a second change, it will be denied or you’ll need to purchase a new membership.
*Please note: If you’re on a discounted offer, that pricing will not carry over to the new membership.

We do not offer full-service detailing. However, self-serve detailing products are available to select membership tiers:

Protect Package: Includes all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, and tire shine.

Shine Package: Includes all-purpose cleaner and glass cleaner.

Clean Package: Does not include detailing products.
*These products are available on-site for self-use by members only.

Yes, our high-powered vacuums and mat cleaners are free for Shine and Protect monthly members. Clean members and non-members can use them for $5 for 5 minutes for each.

We strongly encourage customers to cancel at least 72 hours before their next billing date to avoid unwanted charges. If you are charged, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We have a no refund policy once a charge has been processed.

Please note: All cancellations must be completed directly by customers through the customer portal, as Speedwash does not cancel memberships on behalf of customers. Please remember that cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid additional charges. If your membership has already been canceled, you are welcome to re-enroll at any time.

We encourage all customers to give their vehicle a quick check before leaving the lot so we can address any concerns right away. Our attendants are always happy to assist and ensure you leave completely satisfied.
*Please note: Once you leave the lot, Speedwash will not be liable for missed spots or offer a rewash.

All customers must cancel their own membership at least 72 hours before their next billing date to avoid further charges. Here's how you can cancel:
1. Go to speedwash.ca
2. On the bottom-left corner of the homepage, click or tap “Manage Membership” and select your location.
3. Log in using your phone number. You’ll receive a one-time code (OTP) by text—enter it to access your account.
4. Select the license plate linked to the membership you want to cancel. Tap “Edit” or “Edit Car.”
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Cancel Membership.”
6. Confirm the cancellation, and your membership will be successfully cancelled.

Even though our wash locations are open 24/7, our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It usually takes 48–72 business hours to respond to email inquiries. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re unable to locate your vehicle or membership in your account, please email us at membership@speedwash.ca with your license plate number and phone number. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Speedwash offers two categories of memberships: Personal Vehicle Memberships and Commercial Vehicle Memberships.
Please ensure you choose the membership that matches your vehicle type. Commercial or business-use vehicles are not eligible for personal vehicle memberships. If a commercial vehicle is found using a personal vehicle membership, it will be canceled immediately with no refund.



Commercial Vehicle

Commercial memberships work the same way as personal memberships and are billed monthly with automatic renewal for convenience.

Each membership is tied to one vehicle and one license plate.

  • One membership = one vehicle
  • The license plate must remain the same

A single membership cannot be used for multiple vehicles or license plates.

Commercial vehicles such as rideshare, taxi, delivery, and business-use vehicles have significantly higher usage and wear. For this reason, they are not eligible for personal-use memberships.However, Speedwash now offers commercial vehicle memberships, which can be purchased on location, along with wash book options designed specifically for commercial users.

A commercial vehicle includes any vehicle used primarily for business, such as taxis, Uber, Lyft, Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, security vehicles, or driving school cars. If your vehicle is primarily used for personal use, it qualifies for a personal-use membership. Contact us if you’re unsure about your vehicle’s classification.

Commercial vehicles are not eligible for personal-use monthly memberships, but we offer the following alternatives: Commercial Memberships – Dedicated plans for commercial vehicles, available for purchase on location.
Single Washes – Pay as you go with no commitment.
Bulk Wash Books – Save more with discounted bundles (Pack of 12 or Pack of 20).
* Pack of 20 includes two take-home detailing kits: an All-Purpose Cleaner and a Glass Cleaner.

Yes, you can continue to use Speedwash services by paying for washes individually or Bulk Wash Books.

If your vehicle is used for any full time or part time commercial activity, it is still classified as a commercial vehicle, hence if you need a membership it needs to be a commercial membership. 

Yes, if your vehicle is no longer used for business purposes, you can switch back to a personal-use membership. Please provide proof of deactivation from the platform (Uber, Lyft, etc.) and sign a formal declaration at one of our locations.

Even if you use your vehicle part-time for commercial purposes, it still qualifies as a commercial vehicle. 

No, your vehicle is still considered commercial if it is registered with or used for services like Uber or DoorDash. The absence of a sticker does not change its commercial status.

Commercial vehicles are not permitted to use personal-use memberships. If a commercial vehicle is detected with an active personal membership, Speedwash will cancel the membership immediately and no refunds will be issued.

We strongly encourage customers to review our terms and select the correct membership type. This policy is clearly displayed at checkout, on-site, and on our kiosks to ensure transparency and prevent misuse.

Speedwash now offers  two plans for commercial vehicles:

  • Commercial Base Plan: $94.58/month
  • Commercial Premium Plan: $113.99/month
    These plans can be purchased on-location at any Speedwash site.

Commercial memberships are currently only available to purchase on location only. Please speak to an on site assistant.

All customers are required to purchase the membership that correctly matches their vehicle type. If a vehicle originally signed up under a commercial membership is later switched to a personal-use membership without proper eligibility or notification, our system will identify the mismatch. In such cases, the membership will be immediately canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

To avoid interruptions, please ensure you choose the correct membership type or speak with our team if your vehicle’s status changes.

No. Commercial memberships are not transferable between vehicles. Each membership is assigned to a single vehicle and its registered license plate.

Yes. Commercial memberships are month-to-month recurring plans, which means customers are charged on the same date each month as long as the membership remains active. These plans are no-contract and no-commitment, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime.

Commercial vehicles may use the free vacuums only if they have an active commercial membership.
If purchasing single washes, vacuum use is not included and may be available for an additional fee, depending on the location.

Commercial memberships are restricted to one vehicle only and must remain tied to the same license plate. Each commercial membership allows one plate change per membership if needed. Multiple vehicles or drivers cannot share the same membership.

Commercial vehicles are not eligible for personal use memberships. This policy is clearly displayed at checkout, on-site, and on our kiosks.

Any personal vehicle memberships purchased by commercial vehicles will be cancelled immediately and no refunds will be provided. We encourage all customers to review our terms before purchasing.

Gift Card

Gift cards may be used toward any preferred wash package.
Gift cards can be reloaded at any time for added value. They are redeemable for single car wash services only and cannot be used for other products or services, including memberships, mat cleaners, vacuums, wash books, or any other purchases at Speedwash.

Gift cards can be purchased at any of our locations and via our website we have a section on our home page. We offer various prices. Keep an eye on festive days to avail best offers on gift cards.

Simply present the card at the automated point of purchase and select any Single wash that best suits your vehicle’s needs. Speedwash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

We do not offer refunds on purchased gift cards. All gift card sales are final. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. This card cannot be used as a credit or debit card.

Services

There are different factors that determine how often you should wash your car. If road conditions are making your car dirty on a regular basis, you may need to wash more often. Generally, a wash at least every second week is a good guideline to follow. But dirt, debris, bugs, salt, calcium chloride and more can damage your car with chips, scratches, and rust. So, to protect your investment and keep your paint from dulling, it’s important to keep your car clean.

We believe in the power of gentle touch for a thorough clean. Just like handwashing and brushing teeth are essential for personal hygiene, our car wash embraces the same principle. Instead of relying on touchless methods, which often fall short even with high-pressure jets and strong chemicals, we opt for a more effective approach.
Our washing process utilizes ultra-soft closed cell foam wraps (these wraps have self cleaning technology) rather than abrasive brushes. This ensures a comprehensive clean without the risk of scratching or damaging your car's clear coat finish. Moreover, we are committed to environmental responsibility, using only 100% safe, biodegradable shampoos.

It depends. If we can’t see the paint on your car, we’re not able to wash it. That’s because after the wash, if you notice a dent or scratch, you may blame the car wash. If your car is that dirty, we recommend that you rinse it off before bringing it to us, just to be on the safe side and we cannot guarantee 100% clean.

We can’t wash dually trucks or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the flatbed. Our wash tunnel measures 7’3,” lifted vehicles above this clearance height will not fit through our wash. Any vehicle with a luggage rack, ladder rack, bike rack, greasy fifth wheel, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed safe cannot be washed.

No, an automatic car wash is not detrimental to alloy wheels, our wash doesn’t use certain tire brushes that can scratch them, or acids that can cause stains. Just to be on the safe side, ask in advance about your alloy wheels.

When you wash your vehicle with windshield damage, cracks, or chips it may expand due to temperature change. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.

Different cars have different types of antennas, so it depends on your vehicle. Many new vehicles don’t have an external antenna. There are older vehicles that do have an external antenna; the flexible kind can handle an automatic wash, but a hollow, telescoping antenna needs to be lowered or risk damage in the wash.

Once again, it depends. If you have an after-market product like a bug shield on your car, it is most likely fine to handle an automatic car wash. But that isn’t a guarantee. Some after-market accessories could still suffer damage, especially if they are already cracked or chipped. Other products like a trailer hitch can certainly withstand the wash but might get in the way of washing equipment and impact how clean the vehicle gets. Anything that’s loose may get damaged or fall off in a wash.

It’s simple. If you don’t hand dry your car, there is residue left behind. Even the water you leave when you air-dry your car contains minerals that don’t completely evaporate. That liquid residue becomes streaks, spots and deposits that you won’t appreciate looking at. One glance at a dark-coloured car in the sunlight will show the imperfections left behind when you air-dry your vehicles. In the winter it’s even worse, as the water will freeze in door jambs and windows. All of our customers can use our drying towels after their wash.

Single Washes: We accept any Credit or Debit card (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), as well as Visa Gift Cards and Speedwash Gift Cards at all locations.
Memberships: Only Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) are accepted.
Cash: Sorry, we do not accept cash at any location.

Yes! We recycle, reclaim, and reuse all car wash tunnel water and ensure that you receive a safe, high-quality car wash that’s easy on the environment.

No, single washes are only available on-site.
Online purchases are limited to Memberships and Gift Cards only.

Tunnels Safety and Others

If you’ve lost an item at our car wash, please visit, or call the location where the item was lost as soon as you make the realization. Depending on your unique situation, our friendly staff will instruct you from there.

Speedwash is not responsible for the following once your vehicle has entered the tunnel:

  • Antennas, including telescoping, satellite, on-star or mobile phone
  • Specific manufacturer technical service bulletins
  • Damage caused by vehicles not in neutral or with brakes depressed
  • Loose/broken parts or previous/existing damage
  • Wiper blades or mirrors
  • Vehicles over 10 years old
  • Non-factory installed parts, including windguards, bug shields, light bars, spoilers/fins, low profile wheels & tires
  • Hood emblems/ornaments
  • Interior/exterior non-factory stickers or decals
  • Damage caused by driver error
  • Magnets or hitch covers
  • Luggage racks or running boards
  • Oversized tires, rims, or hubcaps
  • Vinyl or loose spare tire covers
  • License plates, covers, or frames
  • Any valuables left in the vehicle
  • Claims of damages or missing items once the vehicle has left the property.

Please ensure you check your car before you leave. If any area of the vehicle has been missed, please highlight this to the onsite manager and it will be rectified on the spot.

Visit our website or scan the Free Wash QR code. (Free Car wash is a limited-time offer only. If the QR says this offer is no longer valid. You will not be getting one at the moment. )

A few things to check: Make sure you checked the service agreement box during sign-up. Confirm that your phone number and License plate was entered correctly.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the code to arrive by text. Remember, the free wash is limited to one per phone number and license plate. 
If it’s been more than 24 hours, feel free to contact us for support.

Your Free Wash has a unique expiry date based on the date you registered. It is the customer's responsibility to use the Free Wash before it expires. Once expired, it cannot be redeemed.

You’ll need to contact your dealership to get a new code.

Free wash text coupons are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the customer who received the original message, using the registered license plate.
Dealership-issued free washes may be used by anyone, as long as the code or voucher is presented.
Bulk Wash Books or promotional Wash Book offers include an option to gift washes to others.
